  • The Path to Enlightenment: 10 Signs of Your Spiritual Awakening

Are you going through a spiritual awakening? It's a transformative process that can lead to profound personal growth and enlightenment. If you're experiencing a spiritual awakening, you may notice certain signs that indicate you are on the path to a higher state of consciousness. In this blog post, we will explore 10 signs of spiritual awakening that you may be experiencing. A Deep Sense of Inner Peace Embarking on a spiritual awakening journey often brings about an unparalleled sense of tranquility deep within one's core. This profound inner peace is more than mere absence of stress; it's an enduring serenity that seems to emanate from a newfound understanding and acceptance of oneself and the intricate web of the universe. It's as if the noise of the external world dims, and you're left in a state of blissful calm, where the turmoil of daily life no longer disturbs your inner harmony. This serene state allows you to navigate life's ups and downs with grace and poise, firmly anchored in a tranquil inner sanctuary that is undisturbed by the outer chaos. Increased Intuition and Synchronicities As your journey of spiritual awakening unfolds, you might notice your intuition sharpening, guiding you with an almost uncanny precision. This heightened intuitive sense can manifest as a gut feeling, a whisper in your mind, or even dreams that seem to offer guidance or forewarning. Alongside this increased intuition, the universe might begin to speak to you through synchronicities - those seemingly random events that occur with a meaningful coincidence. These can appear as recurring numbers, unexpected encounters, or words from a song that strike a chord within your soul at just the right moment. These synchronicities are not mere coincidences but are believed to be messages from the universe, designed to steer you on your path of spiritual growth. They remind you that there's a deeper flow of life, seamlessly connected, and you're being guided through it by a higher consciousness. A Shift in Priorities and Values As you delve deeper into your spiritual awakening, a transformation in what you hold important is likely to unfold. Material wealth and societal accolades may lose their allure, giving way to a hunger for inner evolution, self-exploration, and the enrichment of your spiritual life. This realignment of values is not just a phase but a profound change, signaling a move away from external gratifications towards a journey that is deeply inward and fulfilling. Relationships, work, and how you spend your leisure time might all be reevaluated under this new light, as you seek experiences and connections that nurture your soul and contribute to your spiritual growth. This shift is a clear marker of awakening, reflecting a mature understanding of happiness and purpose that transcends conventional measures of success. Feeling a Sense of Unity and Connectedness As you navigate through your spiritual awakening, an overwhelming sense of unity and connectedness begins to blossom within you. This realization transcends the individual self, expanding your consciousness to include all living beings in a tapestry of empathy and compassion. Suddenly, the barriers that once separated you from others and the natural world start to dissolve, revealing an intrinsic web of interconnectedness. This awareness brings a profound understanding that every creature, every plant, and every person is a vital thread in the intricate mosaic of existence. You find yourself moved by the struggles and joys of others, as if they were your own, fostering a deep sense of kinship and love towards the entirety of creation. This profound connection underscores the realization that we are all one, sharing not just the same planet, but the same cosmic journey. An Increased Appetite for Solitude and Reflection In the midst of a spiritual awakening, you may naturally gravitate towards solitude, cherishing moments spent alone. This inclination isn't born from a desire to withdraw from the world, but rather, from a need to delve deeper into your own essence. Alone time becomes a sacred space for introspection and connection with your inner being. It's within these quiet moments that you can best hear the whispers of your soul, guiding you towards deeper truths about your existence and the universe. The solitude serves not as isolation, but as a bridge to more profound self-awareness and spiritual clarity. It is in the silence that you can reflect on your journey, understand the shifts occurring within, and align more closely with your true path. This growing preference for reflection and solitude is a testament to the transformative power of your awakening, encouraging a richer, more introspective dialogue with your higher self. Physical Sensations and Vibrations Embarking on a spiritual awakening can usher in unique bodily sensations that signal your energetic transformation. You might feel unexpected vibrations or a subtle energy coursing through your veins, akin to electric currents. These sensations, varying from a gentle warmth to an invigorating tingle, indicate the activation and movement of spiritual energy within you. It's not uncommon to become acutely aware of the life force, or prana, as it flows more freely through your chakras, cleansing and aligning them for a deeper spiritual connection. This physical manifestation of your awakening serves as a reminder of the profound changes occurring not just in your consciousness, but also in the very essence of your physical being. Changes in Sleep Patterns and Energy Levels Navigating the waters of a spiritual awakening often brings about noticeable shifts in both your sleep habits and overall energy dynamics. You might find yourself experiencing restless nights or waking up at unusual hours, feeling a surge of clarity or a need to meditate and reflect. On the flip side, there may be days when you are imbued with an extraordinary level of vitality, propelling you forward on your spiritual path with a vigor you previously didn't possess. These fluctuations in sleep and energy are not random but are deeply intertwined with the transformative processes your spirit and body are undergoing. They reflect the inner work being done as you align more closely with your higher self, often requiring less physical rest and harnessing energy from more subtle, spiritual sources. This adjustment period is a natural aspect of awakening, signaling the profound shifts occurring within your very essence. A Strong Desire to Break Free from Restrictive Patterns Amidst a spiritual awakening, an intense yearning emerges to shed the shackles of limiting behaviors and thoughts that no longer align with your evolving self. This powerful urge propels you to challenge and dismantle the long-standing barriers that have constrained your spiritual and personal growth. It's a transformative phase where you courageously confront and discard the outdated narratives and self-imposed restrictions that have hindered your journey towards enlightenment. As you embark on this path of liberation, you embrace new possibilities and perspectives, fostering a life that resonates with your true essence and highest aspirations. This deliberate shift towards freedom and authenticity marks a pivotal step in your spiritual evolution, opening the door to a more expansive and fulfilling existence. Questioning the Meaning of Life During a spiritual awakening, an insatiable curiosity about life's ultimate purpose often emerges, propelling you into a profound journey of existential exploration. This stage is characterized by an intense reflection on the essence of being, the structure of the cosmos, and the intricate dance of destiny and free will. It's a time when the superficial answers that once satisfied your quest for knowledge no longer suffice, urging you to delve deeper into the mysteries of existence. You might find yourself drawn to ancient wisdom traditions, modern philosophies, or quantum theories, seeking insights that resonate with your expanding consciousness. This quest is not merely intellectual but deeply spiritual, as each question and insight leads you closer to understanding your own divine nature and the universal truths that bind all of creation. It is a pivotal aspect of the awakening process, enriching your journey with a sense of wonder and a deeper appreciation for the marvels of the universe and the interconnectedness of life. Experiencing Moments of True Bliss On your path of spiritual awakening, there are instances where the veil between the mundane and the divine seems to thin, ushering you into states of profound bliss. These episodes, often unexpected, offer a taste of the sublime, elevating your spirit to realms of indescribable joy and serenity. During these fleeting moments, the constraints of the physical realm dissolve, replaced by an overwhelming sense of oneness with the universe. It's as though you're touching the essence of your true nature, experiencing a love and peace so pervasive, it transcends human words. These glimpses of elevated consciousness are not just moments of happiness but are profound spiritual milestones that signify your deepening connection to the divine. They serve as powerful affirmations of the transformative journey you're on, encouraging you to continue your exploration with hope and openness to the infinite possibilities that spiritual awakening holds. The process of self-discovery is a multifaceted one that includes difficult trials, turbulence, and spiritual awakenings. Accept it as an experience and a learning curve that will unlock your actual potential. Reestablishing a connection with our spiritual side and growing further is what it means to be human on Plaet Earth. It means that we are all in this together. Savour the times when you're learning about your true self and have faith that the magic in this process is real.

  • How Does Belief And Faith Affect Out Actions?

How we manifest things to reality What matters the most in process of manifestation? Simple tool to redirect your focus and energy Ask, believe, and receive—I'm sure you have heard that before. Is that really that simple? There are a couple things that must happen before we can manifest what we want into reality. I will be referring here to the Bible, but even if you are not Christian, I encourage you to keep your mind and heart open, because what I am writing here about will only make sense to you if you remain unbiased. Are you ready to dive deeper? Let’s go! Hebrews 11:1 says: "Faith means being certain of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see." That simply means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it. That is what you would call faith, right? However, we are currently struggling with UNCONDITIONAL faith. I used to say: When all is well in our lives, we forget about maintaining that faith in God, the universe, the divine, you name it. And when things go wrong, we quite often start to question God and simply lose our faith. Let’s pit it that way: Your mind creates your reality, right? If you believe that your business is thriving, it will. If you believe that your relationships are wonderful and good, they will be. Do you believe that you will receive what you ask for? You must be conscious of what you say, think about, and ask for. Because it is given every time. Words are spells, so you literally spell your word into experience talking about things that do or do not go right in your life. Whether you realise it or not, it sends the energetical signal to the ether, so as subtle as it might seem, the momentum has begun. Everything happens first on the vibrational level. To bring things into reality, there is a process of manifestation, and that is where most of us go wrong. Let me explain. Your mind is like a radio station. It can only play one channel at a time. If your subconscious mind “dreams” about a certain thing you wish to bring into existence, but your conscious mind tells you that you can’t afford it, you can’t do it, it will never happen, it would be a miracle, but, but, but... By "dialling in" to two different frequencies, you are simply creating resistance: There is a distinction between the frequency of abundance and the frequency of lack. And this my friend, really slows down the process of receiving. You can send signals (your thoughts) and internal programs around the world. You can also receive signals and programs from others. Knowing when to send and receive is the greatest success factor in the world! That is where practicing unconditional faith and aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions come into play. On contrary, You must clear the programs that hold you back, because if you run the same ideas over and over in your subconscious, everything will remain the same. Things you do are like a movie in your mind: You can't lose weight because you have a self-image to maintain. You have developed food cravings at a young age. You react in the same manner with your sister-in-law, mother, father, or some other family member or friend. What you expect usually becomes reality. The brain and nervous system react to the outside world, mental images, or both. The mental image becomes the blueprint. If you have a negative state of mind, so will you. This is why it's crucial to constantly be mindful of our thoughts, as We are who we think. Let's talk about the power of our imagination. It is a powerful thing! You can create a completely new world with your imagination! Strong emotions (love, hate, doubt, fear, or beliefs) address any idea. Cannot be changed by a reason. You have to get down to the subconscious mind to remove, improve, or change a belief or idea. By forming a command and accessing the theta brain wave, you are able to talk to your subconscious mind and orchestrate the changes you desire. Faith and hope as part of manifestation Ask yourself: How does it feel in a new position? What does it look like? Smell like? Because strong emotions solidify the idea or desire that you have, if you visualise what you want and the possible solution to the problem, the desire of the heart will see what you want realised. On the flip side of the coin, you cannot hold two ideas at the same time. You can't simultaneously listen to two radio stations, or you can, but it's so jumbled that you're not gaining any clarity, just excessive noise. You can’t be a crook and be honest at the same time. You can’t be both selfless and self-centred at the same time. And if you tried, there would be a definite effect on your nervous system. Realise that your subconscious mind is very powerful. When it accepts an idea (and it does it pretty much instantly if it’s amplified with emotions attached to it), it will remain until another idea is put into place. So, when changing your thought, always replace it with a positive one. That's why practicing gratitude is a great way to refocus, recalibrate, and redirect your mind and thoughts. “It is good to say thank you to the Lord and to sing praises to the God who is above all gods. Every morning, tell him, ‘Thank you for your kindness’, and every evening, rejoice in all His faithfulness.” When you redirect your thinking towards the positive, it doesn’t matter how difficult the situation you are in might be; you automatically vibrate on a higher level, attracting everyone. Like attracts like—as cliché it might sound, it is just the way it is. That’s why I would strongly recommend that you journal and write things you are grateful for daily. A gratitude journal is a great tool to amplify the vibrations of what you do want in your life. Furthermore, there is no need to justify your lack of time by claiming that you are too busy; simply expressing three things you are thankful for aloud first thing in the morning is sufficient. Find the time to create the reality you wish to see in your life. Just like you always find the time to complain (I hope not!). A journaling tool will help you discover programs you've been running for most of your life. You may discover opposing ideas that create health, money, or relationship issues. You truly have the ability to create a new you. You can achieve your true desires with the appropriate tools, techniques, support system, and environment. We possess within us a force of incalculable power, which, if we direct it in a wise manner, gives us mastery of ourselves. It permits us not only to escape from physical and mental ills but also to live in relative happiness. Remember, you attract to your life what you give your attention, energy, and focus to, whether wanted or unwanted. I'll leave you with that thought here:)

  • Solar Eclipse Energy and Crossroad in your Life

What is eclipse The symbolic meaning of an eclipse What to expect during an eclipse How to navigate these energies In a simple, literal sense, an eclipse is a partial or total blocking of the light of one celestial object by another. An eclipse of the Sun or moon occurs when the Earth, Moon, and Sun are aligned. Symbolically, it indicates that temporary darkness is shadowing or covering the light. Solar eclipse energy and crossroad go hand in hand. So let me get straight to the point: Not only symbolically but literally, you might be “eclipsing” hurt or pain out of your life during this time, which was holding you back from discovering new territory of your life and of your reality in this life. If that resonates with you, it means that you are really starting to come to terms with everything that has happened up until this point. You might have been feeling like being in limbo for quite a while, but it was your “preparation” period, your gestation time, to get you ready for the new start. It’s as if everything that has happened in your life regarding the struggles up until now has been meticulously crafted by some sort of force. You may find yourself immersed in a state of contemplation. You might be going over events in the past that have taken place, and you are finding yourself almost obsessing over these kinds of memories. Despite the negative connotations associated with obsessing, my personal experience suggests that it's a crucial step towards addressing and releasing some of these issues from your life. And it doesn’t mean that you might never have these thoughts again. You might finally come to the point in your life where certain people, thinking patterns, and conditioning might not hold you back any more. All your work leading up to this point has gotten you to this particular plateau. Ask yourself honestly: What do you want? What do you see for yourself? And if you are prepared, start moving on. This is a moment of closure that you may not have experienced before. I felt compelled to share these insights with you because this is how I personally feel and how the energy of an eclipse might feel. It is time to allow the Divine to offer you this closure and not to wait around or expect it from another individual that I feel might have been keeping you in this suspended position for quite some time now. This is a form of narcissistic abuse, and usually when you are a victim of someone’s narcissistic tactics towards you, it leaves you very confused, surrounding the epicentre of the trauma from the past. And if you are proactive in trying to overcome and heal yourself a lot of time when you are dealing with this, let’s say, post-shadow trauma of narcissistic abuse, there is a kind of blaming yourself that can come along with that too, because through the confusion you quite possibly start to resent yourself for having allowed yourself to be a victim of this kind of trauma. But individuals who experience narcissistic abuse are blessed with a certain kind of wisdom. Despite all this trauma, you have received a unique gift. If you manage to overcome this trauma and undergo enough healing to return to your path and begin moving forward, you will discover that you possess a unique wisdom that could not only benefit yourself on your journey forward but also benefit others. And when you start to realise that and you are standing fully in your confidence, a lot of doors will start to open up for you. Trauma survivors are blessed when they’re able to overcome the trauma with the gift of being able to help others. Think of it as a guiding light for others. The Divine has positioned you to be for others an inspiration, a catalyst for change, a mental, and maybe even a spiritual shift. I haven’t come across an individual that hasn’t found a treasure at the end of some sort of traumatic cycle that they’ve been through in their life. And when you can get to this point, trust me, you will start to see that the path that you have been on had to unfold the way it did. It is important to take a “time out” and think about how far you have come, what you have learned, and how valuable that may be to another person, or quite possibly, a group of individuals. There’s no telling how the universe may be working in your life. So, during the eclipses, you might start getting a lot of “aha” moments, or “I didn’t even see it before like that” moments, and all of the puzzle pieces start coming together. You are able to see enough of the picture to start placing all of the rest of the jigsaw puzzles to get a strong enough idea of the direction you need to begin moving in. Even though you may have endured these cycles of narcissistic abuse, you needed to experience these various layered forms of abuse to fully understand how they operate. Once you emerge on the other side, it's as though you've inherited their playbook. The universe is now positioning you to help and/or teach others how to overcome this in their own lives because you possess something incredibly valuable. So start to understand the grand plan for your life moving forward; it doesn’t matter how long it might have taken. Use this time to step through “the portal” into this new chapter of your life. Soon, you will start to understand that everything you have been through was to get you to where you need to be in that very moment. I believe that the Divine gives us what we can handle the moment we go a little further down our path, and then it gives us another piece to the puzzle. The universe can see our lives in a way we can’t. Take the position of perspective with you on your path now that you have a better idea of “how this works” and stop yourself sometimes, take a deep breath, and take time out for yourself to regain perspective so you know that you are making the right decisions. If something makes you feel rushed and doesn’t respect that you need to take a deep breath and gain perspective first, then that should be enough to tell you where that energy may be coming from—a place of love and light or a place of fear and control. So, let me share with you what I do when faced with a difficult decision: Every decision should be taken to the Source first. And this is you just sitting quietly and connecting intuitively through meditation or whatever you feel guided to do (walk in nature, take a hot bath, lay on the couch, or watch the sunset). So, you can receive guidance and insights from the Divine, your guides, God, or whatever you use to be able to access this higher guidance that needs to become your compass. And it needs to be at the forefront of everything you do! As long as you do this, you cannot go wrong. Become passionate about the connection that you hold with the Divine, with the Source, and with God. This is how you move from here on out. Acceleration into the new chapter is available for you at the time of the eclipse. But it depends on you. Should you choose to accept the new and go ahead with what comes next, or keep regurgitating the old? I will live you with that thought. Xx

  • Key To Your Spiritual Progress

In this blog, I talk about: What you should practice achieving spiritual success What qualities will help you to spiritually evolve? How to let the progress of spiritual ascension happen more easily Importance of personal prayer I’m sure you have heard this before: "When the student is ready, the master will appear." If you really wish to learn, to progress yourself, and to follow a good master, you will be able to close this gap between the student and the master. This gap can only be reduced by a student with great reverence, complete belief, and, of course, an absolute trust in his master. By embodying qualities such as humility, dedication, and openness to new teachings, you can accelerate your spiritual evolution. Trusting in the process and maintaining a consistent personal prayer practice will also help facilitate the progress of your spiritual ascension. Nowadays, with access to all the information out there, we can make a lot of spiritual progress on our own, practicing our intuition by following our curiosity to seek the answers to our questions and to the thoughts that arise in our heads once the vault of understanding that we are much more than just a physical being has been opened. Based on my own experience, I can tell you that you can only learn on your own so far. Since my spiritual awakening in 2020, my curiosity has led me to many resources—people, places, books, YouTube channels, etc.—to help me answer the questions that have been nurturing me. But it got me to the point where I literally felt that I needed guidance; I needed a teacher to guide me on my spiritual journey, and I felt ready to learn more and expand my conscientiousness to a higher level. When you get to this point and are guided to the right source and the right person, you must have absolute trust in your teacher. You might be thinking now that it is impossible to have complete trust in something you do not know. That is why I am mentioning intuition here. It is a practice. Practise, which will lead you towards the right people, places, situations, and knowledge. But also towards the right teacher. It is important to trust your intuition and allow it to guide you towards the right teacher who will help you on your spiritual journey. By opening yourself up to learning and expanding your consciousness, you will be able to grow spiritually and reach a higher level of understanding. Trust in the process and have faith that you will be led to where you need to be in order to continue growing and evolving on your spiritual path. Your intuition, that inner gut feeling, that first instinct to do something, that nudge, that calling, that "itch," will literally guide you in the right direction to make spiritual progress on your ascension path. Similar to this, put your faith in the direction of your spiritual journey and let your intuition guide you towards more knowledge and development. Just as you trusted your teacher's expertise in school, trust in the wisdom of the universe to lead you towards spiritual progress. So, believe, per say, that a logical point of view must then be lacking, but trust no. If you want to really advance, "The student must exercise self-discipline." This is a must. You see, as a student, you must build your own character, and for that, you need discipline. In my first three years of spiritual awakening I would research and study eagerly every single day and even night to get the answers to nurturing questions. After that time, I felt like I hit a wall and was not sure which direction to go from where I was at the time. I started literally to affirm to the universe to guide me towards a teacher, a master who will help me evolve even more and will guide me towards the Truth. I have found my teacher and master after three and a half years of studying spirituality, different religions, symbols, the meaning of life and death, energy, different dimensions, human psychology, occultism, mysticism etc., as well as learning about and developing my own psychic powers ( which we all have!) in conjunction with listening to my inner feelings, my intuition. It is not an easy journey because any teaching must be practiced, tried, and tested. And it can be very difficult, uncomfortable, or even painful on many levels: mental, emotional, psychological, and physical. But only through the application of new knowledge into your life and trying it for yourself will you be able to either take this knowledge with you on board and, through practise, transmute it into wisdom, or you will let it go and move on to the next because it is not serving you positively. Remember, growth and transformation often require stepping outside of what is familiar and comfortable. Embrace the journey of self-discovery and personal development, knowing that the challenges you face will ultimately lead to greater understanding and fulfilment. "And this is the asset test.". In the early days, I would find that the more I practised, the more discipline I exercised over myself, the more I knew. It can be hard at times, which is why I will share with you one piece of advice that has helped me tremendously to progress spiritually: Let it be fun and easy! Always look forward to the new challenge with energy and an attitude of excitement rather than fear, and become a detective of your own life path. When I started to embody the energy of excitement rather than fear, facing the unknown, I started to remove the resistance. And even though sometimes it is still difficult and challenging to get myself out of my comfort zone and open to new knowledge and experience, I realise that only through trial and error I will progress and expand my consciousness, having to gain the best asset—the experience. There is no easy way. There is a quick way. And there is a long way. The quick way is by far the most dangerous and difficult; the long way is much safer. So, it is up to you how much you really care about your spiritual progress, not up to your teacher, partner, friends, family, or anyone else in your external environment. Once I had embarked on my spiritual awakening path and my consciousness started to expand, I "lost" a lot of friends and connections, simply because others did not resonate with what I was learning and sharing with those who were simply, let’s just say, in a different season of their lives. On a side note, you will still be going through periods of procrastination, burnout, demotivation, etc. But this is part of the growth process. So the other advice I can give you based on my own experience is: don’t be hard on yourself if you feel like you took two steps forward and five steps back, because this will also teach you to not try to get ahead with things and allow the natural progress to happen with your discipline, and to allow yourself to find balance with everything that is going on in your life. So, keep acting; even if you feel like you are not making progress, you are. You learn not by chance but by making mistakes. "You cannot help others without helping yourself." This refers to sharing with others what you have learned, making it an essential part of your spiritual progress. And through sharing with others good teachings, you become a better person. You start strengthening your own character and confidence, and you start to learn how to set strong boundaries with others. Based on my own experience, once I embarked on my spiritual awakening path and my consciousness started to expand, I "lost" a lot of friends and connections simply because others did not resonate with what I was learning and sharing with those who were, let’s just say, in a different season in their lives. At the beginning, it was a difficult one for me because once you start learning about this higher spiritual knowledge and wish to inspire and bring more clarity to others, it doesn’t always be perceived as such, simply because you are expanding and the other is stuck. You start to become literally a better, more versed person, more adept. And it applies to everything you do: if it’s your job, you become the best at it; if it’s a spiritual job, you're trying to become the best at it too. Your spiritual life must always come before your material life. It should become your main motive in mind. Ask yourself a question: Are you interested in your spiritual progression? But truly, truly interested in YOUR OWN progression? Of course, you must have a material means to look after your body ( eat, drink, put close on, shelter, etc.), so you must be really balanced about it. However, the spiritual life is the most important one. At the end of your life, you are not able to take your material possessions with you, but you will be able to take with you all your spiritual possessions and transmute that positive spiritual karma towards your next lifetime. Through your personal spiritual growth, you are not only helping yourself but also the entire planet Earth, or even the universe, as a part of one consciousness. I believe it is very important to understand once you embark on your spiritual path. I want to mention the importance of personal prayer. During that personal prayer, when you pray for yourself—for your own healing, for your own betterment, and for your own inspiration—and there is nothing wrong with praying for yourself, you should do it! "In that formula is a period of confession where you virtually confess to God." You could say it is a form of examination for yourself. I remember making a list of all my sins throughout my life, whatever I remembered, just before my spiritual awakening, and going to my hometown church to ask for ( probably the most challenging of my life! ) confession. This never happened. Because it didn’t need to. The whole point of this exercise, if you want to put it that way, was to be honest with myself and with the Absolute—God, the Universe, the Creative Power, whatever you want to call it—and take responsibility for the mistakes I have made up to this point. Remember, We all experience, to a certain degree, the same mental and physical limitations. But with a bunting desire within you and the willingness to become comfortable with the uncomfortable, with persistence, perseverance, and faith, you will keep growing and progressing on your spiritual path. The more you learn, the grater you become, because all learning is about God. It’s amazing what you are able to do if you make up your mind to it. Recall that progress and growth on your spiritual path necessitate faith, endurance, and tenacity. Accept suffering and never stop improving so that you can excel in all facets of your life. Decide to do incredible things and never stop developing. That's the thought I'll leave you with. • How can you trust God? My spiritual awakening journey.

It all started in March 2020 when the first lockdown hit during the pandemic, in London, were I was currently living, sharing the space with now, my ex husband. At at time I was 4 years into marriage, 8 into relationship, and 8 years of living together in London. Things were not colourful, let me tell you that. As someone who was not only 22 year older than me, suffering PTSD and not living in Holly Spirit, after going through this experience of living with abusive partner for 8 years, I can tell you that it was not easy ( to say the least)... But as a student of life and faithful person, deep, deep, deep inside of me, I kinda knew that everything happens for a reason. The reason was: to awaken on spiritual level from being and living in this three- dimensional world, where you focus on external environment (which I didn't obviously realise at the time ). On what you have, what is your status, what is that your friends, family, co-workers think about you, and so on... Suffering bulimia since I was 16 years old obviously did't help with self acceptance and setting strong boundaries. I was constantly seeking for that external validation. But in the wrong places and people. Not within me. Back in that time, and since I have moved to London, I was working as a successful hairstylist for over 11 years, grinding my ass off to try to make ends meet. My ex husband never had a full time job beside one-time-thing for 6 months, during our 8 years of living together, so... the pressure was on. And when you live under such a pressure, you can easy fall into different forms of escapism. That was definitely the case for me. And on the side note- even if you are a driven person, with strong will-power and determination to improve your live, as long as your external environment won't be supporting your endeavours, you will keep loosing this battle. So coming back to March 2020, I was already in a very difficult situation on every level: mentally, emotionally, financially, physically and safety-wise... I don't even know how it happened, but I have came across a free meditation group to follow through with this 30 days meditation challenge, where every day we would connect at 8am and together meditate, sharing our visions, and just converse. It was a true PURGING time for me. I remember crying with my headphones on, having my abusive husband walking around our studio flat, just feeling the heavy energy pouring out of my body. At that time, my beloved mum was already quite advanced in her Alzheimer, back in Poland, where I originally come from. The only person I could really talk to about my problems and difficulties, was my dad. During the time when I have started to meditate daily with the group, everything also started to get worse. Not only agression of ex husband was escalating but I started to have a horrible nightmares, about him cheating on me ( which also was the case), dreaming about demons, monsters, and other evil stuff you can only imagine. Back than, I had no idea I was experiencing so called dark nights of the soul. I have started to pray like never before. Every day I would beg God to release me from those shackles. I started to pray on rosary as well as asking Holly Mother for her intersession. It was Easter weekend, Sunday morning, when I woke up late, after blazing ( yes, you have read it right ) night before, just to nock myself down in order to fall asleep and forget about the pain I was feeling at the time, I head over to the toilet, passing by my ex, soaking in the bathtub in the other bathroom. Next thing I know, I am scrolling through his phone which he left next to the toilet sit ( he was also "steaming out" from smoking night before, so morning focus was not there yet), which- was unblocked and "flashing" its screen in my face, like it would be asking me to look through ( now I know It all was divinely orchestrated, so I would finally LET GO). And the things I have saw and found there... well, lets just say, that was the moment when I FINALLY LET GO ant tbh, triggered my spiritual awakening... The rest is just a history- they say... But from that moment on, I felt like a humongous weight has been lifted from my shoulders and heart, and mind, and I was able to plan how to move on, without holding on to the "leftovers" of love I had towards him. Within next 12h he was arrested and I knew that my prayers has been listened to. I felt safe again. The first week of my spiritual awakening was like a bliss, metaphorically and literally. I remember walking in Battersea Park in London ( we were living there literally just in front of the park where I would stay all day), it was sunny May 2020, and everything was just so... intense. Sounds, colours, people, sensations, music, movements... I literally felt like on high, but for the first time in 8 years, not from smoking marihuana, but from feeling free and just...happy. I will never forget this. It was just a different feeling of happiness though.. I would say, supernatural. It started to worn off after 10 days maybe... but the level of mental clarity I had at the time- I didn't think I have ever experience before that moment in my entire life. Again, Im not sure how I came across term "spiritual awakening", but I have started to look for the answers online and I have came across this guy Victor Oddo, who talks abut it on his YT channel, and that was a great guidance for me to navigate that journey. Over time I understood, that we do not go through spiritual awakening once. It is a repetitive process where once you achieve a certain level of consciousness and transformation, you will start reaching new levels, with new lessons, new knowledge to learn and wisdom to possess. I always think about it as an onion layers you peeling off, layer by layer, until you reach the core of it- the true nirvana, or as you might have heard before- SAMADHI. So I would conclude here my short story of spiritual awakening with this maybe already familiar to you quote: IT IS NEVER ABOUT THE DESTINATION, IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT THE JOURNEY.
